By placing an order with Jamas Cabrera LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping guidelines, timelines, fees, and limitations described below. We are committed to ensuring your jewelry is packaged securely and delivered promptly, while providing transparent information about your shipment every step of the way.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days after we receive your payment confirmation and order details. Processing time does not include weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or U.S. federal holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day), during which our warehouse is closed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST on a business day will be processed the next business day.
Please note that personalized or custom jewelry items (if applicable) may require additional processing time (3–5 business days), which will be clearly indicated on the product listing page prior to purchase.
2. Shipping Destinations
2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia (D.C.), Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We use trusted domestic carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure reliable delivery of your jewelry products.
2.2 International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations (excluding countries subject to U.S. trade restrictions or sanctions). A complete list of eligible international countries is available during the checkout process. International shipments are handled by FedEx International or USPS International, with coverage extending to over 100 countries to ensure compliance with global trade regulations.
Please note: International customers are responsible for allcustoms duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and we are not responsible for calculating or collecting these fees. Customs processing times vary by country and may delay delivery beyond our estimated timelines.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
You may select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed (1–3 business days) and do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
3.1 Domestic Shipping Options

USPS First-Class Mail: Ideal for lightweight jewelry items (≤13 oz.) with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. This option includes basic tracking and $50 insurance coverage at no additional cost.

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days, available for all jewelry items. Includes full tracking, $100 insurance coverage, and no residential delivery surcharge.

FedEx Ground/UPS Ground: Estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days for heavier jewelry orders or multiple items. Includes tracking, $100 insurance coverage, and is ideal for larger packages.

FedEx Express/UPS Next Day Air: Expedited shipping with estimated delivery within 1–2 business days (for orders processed by 5:00 PM CST). This premium option includes signature confirmation, full tracking, and enhanced security for high-value jewelry.
3.2 International Shipping Options

USPS International Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time of 6–10 business days. Includes tracking (to select countries) and basic insurance coverage up to $100.

FedEx International Economy: Estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days. Includes full tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance coverage up to $100. Recommended for most international orders for reliable service.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the following factors: your shipping destination, selected shipping method, package weight, and order total. All shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an order is returned, canceled after shipping, or delayed.
Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all domestic orders with a total of $75 or more (before taxes). This offer applies to U.S. states and D.C. only and does not include expedited shipping methods or international orders.
For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and package weight, with additional charges for insurance upgrades (see Section 5).
5. Shipping Insurance & Loss/Damage Protection
Jewelry is a high-value, delicate item, so we prioritize its protection during transit. All shipments include basic insurance coverage to safeguard against loss, theft, or damage during delivery, with additional coverage options available for high-value pieces.

Basic Insurance: All domestic and international shipments include complimentary insurance coverage up to $100. This covers total loss, theft, or significant damage to your jewelry during transit.

Additional Insurance: For jewelry items valued over $100, you may purchase additional shipping insurance during checkout. We partner with trusted insurance providers (including BriteCo and Jewelers Mutual) to offer coverage up to $150,000 per package, with transparent pricing based on the declared value of your order.

Theft & Damage Claims: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you must notify us within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date. Contact our customer service at service@jamascabrerallc.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos of any damage (if applicable). We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and insurance provider, and process a refund or replacement once the claim is approved (per our Return & Refund Policy).
Note: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to packages that have been delivered and signed for, or left at your shipping address (e.g., front door, mailbox) without signature confirmation. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout to ensure secure delivery.
6. Packaging for Jewelry
All jewelry items are packaged with care to prevent damage during transit. We use multiple layers of protective packaging (including padded envelopes, sturdy boxes, and anti-tarnish sleeves) to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. Additionally, we disguise packages to reduce the risk of theft, as jewelry is a high-target item for transit theft.
Gift packaging is available upon request (at no additional cost) – please note your gift packaging preference in the “Order Notes” section during checkout. Gift packages include a decorative jewelry box, polishing cloth, and handwritten note (if requested).
7. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong zip code, misspelled street name). If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
If you realize you provided an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at service@jamascabrerallc.com. We will attempt to update the address if your order has not yet been shipped; however, we cannot guarantee address changes once processing is complete.
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including: carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, customs hold-ups (international orders), peak shipping periods (e.g., holidays), or supply chain disruptions. We will notify you via email if we anticipate a significant delay (3+ business days) in shipping or delivering your order.
We are not liable for any additional costs, damages, or inconveniences caused by shipping delays. If your package is delayed beyond 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), contact us at service@jamascabrerallc.com, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order is shipped, depending on the carrier.
