This Return & Refund Policy applies to all jewelry products purchased directly from our official website (https://jamascabrerallc.com/). By placing an order with Jamas Cabrera LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 
We want you to love your Jamas Cabrera jewelry. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item(s) must meet the following all criteria:
 
  • The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date of your order.
  • The jewelry item is in its original, unused condition – no scratches, dents, tarnish, or signs of wear/alteration.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories (e.g., gift boxes, polishing cloths) are included with the returned item.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, digital receipt) is provided with the return request.
 

Non-Eligible Items

 
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, due to the nature of jewelry and custom/crafted goods:
 
  • Personalized or custom-engraved jewelry pieces
  • Jewelry kits (including all VI BELLA paper bead bracelet kits)
  • Sale or clearance jewelry items (marked as final sale)
  • Items damaged due to accidental misuse, neglect, or improper care
 

2. How to Initiate a Return

 
To start a return request, follow these simple steps:
 
  1. Contact Our Customer Service: Send an email to service@jamascabrerallc.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]. Include your full name, shipping address, order number, the specific jewelry item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Await Return Approval: Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days and send a Return Authorization (RA) Number and a pre-approved return shipping address via email. No returns will be accepted without a valid RA Number – unapproved returns will be sent back to the sender at the sender’s cost.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the eligible jewelry item(s) with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Clearly write the RA Number on the outside of the shipping package for easy processing.
  4. Ship the Return: Arrange for shipping of the return package to the pre-approved address. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs – original shipping fees (for the initial order) are non-refundable and cannot be credited back. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Jamas Cabrera LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.
 

3. Refund Processing

 
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item(s) (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility) and confirms eligibility:
 
  • We will send a confirmation email to notify you that your refund has been approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal).
  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider: credit/debit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to post to your account; PayPal refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • The refund amount will only include the purchase price of the eligible item(s) – original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any other associated fees are non-refundable.
 

4. Exchanges

 
We offer exchanges for eligible jewelry items only in the following cases:
 
  • Received a defective or damaged jewelry item (from manufacturing/ shipping)
  • Received the wrong item (incorrect style, size, or product)
 

Exchange Process:

 
  1. Follow the return initiation steps (Section 2) and note Exchange Request in your email subject line/reason.
  2. Our team will verify the defect/wrong item (you may be asked to provide photos for confirmation) and issue a RA Number.
  3. After we receive and inspect the defective/wrong item, we will ship the correct/replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost (for the exchange).
 
  • Exchanges are limited to the same product or a product of equal value – if you request an exchange for a higher-value item, you will be required to pay the price difference before the replacement item is shipped.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund for the original item (per Section 3) instead of an exchange.
 

5. Defective or Damaged Items (Manufacturing/Shipping)

 
If you receive a jewelry item that is defective (manufacturing flaw) or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery (via service@jamascabrerallc.com). Include your order number, photos/videos of the defect/damage, and proof of purchase.
 
Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution – this may include a free replacement, a full refund, or a store credit (at your option). Jamas Cabrera LLC will cover all return shipping costs for defective/damaged items and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return package upon approval.
 

6. Store Credit Option

 
If you prefer not to receive a monetary refund, you may request a store credit for eligible returned items (instead of a refund to your original payment method). Store credit is issued in the full purchase price amount of the eligible item(s) (excluding shipping fees) and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit can be used for any future purchases on https://jamascabrerallc.com/ (excluding final sale items and jewelry kits).
 

7. Cancellations

 
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped by our warehouse. To cancel an order, send an email to service@jamascabrerallc.com with the subject line: Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number] as soon as possible.
 
  • If your order is canceled before shipping, a full refund (including purchase price and original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process (Section 2) once you receive the item – cancellations are not possible for shipped orders.
 

8. Dispute Resolution
